Usually oil and dead skin layer that is not cleaned will clog the pores and form blackheads. Comedy can be sore if contaminated with the bacteria Propionibacterium acnes, or p acnes. Inflammation is called acne. Everyone has their resilience against p acnes bacteria such. Acne is not only able to appear on the face, but also other parts like the back, chest, arms, legs, buttocks, etc..
